I am an assistant professor of economics at Grove City College. My research interests include the political economy of entrepreneurship, regulation, public policy, and the economics of privacy.

Specifically, I am currently exploring the following questions: How does the institutional environment constrain entrepreneurial choice and how does entrepreneurial choice shape the institutional environment?

My papers have appeared in the European Journal of Law and Economics, the Journal of Business Venturing Insights, the Review of Austrian Economics, the Journal of Entrepreneurship and Public Policy, Economic Affairs, and the Independent Review.
